The Bootcamp provides an opportunity for you to reflect on your own strengths, challenges and leadership aspirations and to understand what it takes to become a highly effective leader, in the company of other rural and regional leaders.  The leadership and management skills you will gain in this program are proven and practical. The Rural Leaders Bootcamp is a 4-Day program over 4 months.  There are two face-to-face meetings with a practical workplace project between meetings to apply what you take away and supported by one-on-one coaching.
