Our Programs

TRM’s award winning programs challenge the status quo. We win awards because our programs are leading edge and innovative.
For individuals, we set the challenge to be truly authentic: that is, to be the best version of yourself and not a second rate version of someone else.
For organisations, we provide the frameworks, tools and skills so people are energised, action orientated and focused on getting results.

The Rural Leaders Bootcamp is a 4-Day program (2 meetings) over 4 months.  There are two face-to-face meetings with a practical workplace project between meetings to apply what you take away and supported by one-on-one coaching.

What you will achieve

  • How to establish focused goals
  • An understanding of your and others behavioural drivers
  • How to develop ‘metrics that matter’ for yourself, your team and your organisation
  • How to ‘give up’ the unnecessary – by substituting not adding.
