Rural Leaders Bootcamp

The program challenges you to reflect on what it means to lead in today’s rural and agribusiness environment and what it takes to be effective in an increasingly complex and fast-moving world. Throughout the program, you will develop practical tools, skills and insights to lead people and teams with greater clarity, confidence and effectiveness, whether in a business, community or political context.

The Bootcamp provides the opportunity to reflect on your strengths, challenges and clarify your leadership aspirations, while developing a deeper understanding of what it takes to lead effectively. You’ll learn alongside other rural and regional leaders, sharing experiences, perspectives and practical insights.

The leadership and management skills developed through the Bootcamp are proven, practical and designed to be applied in the real world. The program is delivered over four months and includes two face-to-face meetings totalling 4.5 days. Between meetings, you’ll undertake a practical workplace project that enables you to put your learning into action, supported by one-on-one coaching.
