GREETINGS FROM TRM
A sincere thank you to our clients, customers and associates for your wonderful support again this year. It has certainly been a full yet very rewarding one.

In this newsletter we have reviewed the latest book to come out of the Harvard Negotiation Project and we have written a thought provoking article on the drivers of our bias and how to manage them.

We are also very excited to launch a new program, Stepping Up - a fun and challenging program that incorporates the latest in neuroscience and sport physiology to bring out the best in people wishing to lead great teams.

We look forward to connecting with you in the New Year.  We wish you health, comfort and prosperity this festive season.

Our best regards
The Right Mind Team

BOOK REVIEW
WINNING FROM WITHIN is the third in a series of books originating from Harvard Law School's Project On Negotiation. The first book, Getting to Yes (1981), changed the negotiation game by introducing the famed “Harvard Concept,” which separates the people from the problem. The second book, Difficult Conversations (1999), addressed what to do when you can’t separate the people from the problem, because the other people are the problem. In Winning from Within, Erica builds on the work of her mentors and colleagues and explores the final component – what to do when you are the problem.
